Travis Kelce knows how much his name is worth as he enters his 'money making era'

Keeping up with his ‘billionaire girlfriend,’ Travis Kelce has entered his money-making era with a major move of trademarking five names.

Word on the street is that Travis Kelce is going through an entire 180-degree makeover of his life. From buying a new mansion in Kansas City which costs more than half his annual salary to looking at business ventures, the NFL heartthrob is showing Taylor Swift a new version of himself as they get ‘serious’ about each other.

Travis Kelce knows how much his name is worth

Travis Kelce’s fans would agree that it was about time that the NFL celebrity came out of his ‘Fratboy’ era. With his latest activities, it seems like the 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end has got the memo!

As per reports, Taylor Swift’s new beau has filed for five new trademarks. These include his own name, his social media handle name KillaTrav, his popular catchphrase “Alright Nah,” “Flight 87” — the latter one is a reference to his football jersey number — and his cereal, “Kelce’s Krunch.” Trademark attorney Josh Gerben claims Kelce is planning to utilize the trademarks. He thinks it’ll allow the star to “offer pins, posters, bobbleheads, clothing and even a cereal.”

The beginning of Kelce’s Krunch

Apart from having his own TV reality show Catching Kelce and hosting a podcast with his brother Jason Kelce, Travis has been more engaged with non-profit organizations. The 34-year-old Sports star even launched his own cereal, Kelce’s Krunch as a collaboration with Hy-Vee. Kelce’s venture was a partnership with his nonprofit, 87 & Running Foundation.

Speaking of creating his own Cereal brand, Kelce had said: “As a kid, I grew up looking at my favorite athletes on cereal boxes, so now to have my own in collaboration with Hy-Vee is exciting.”

Kelce’s statement added: “Hy-Vee is an incredible partner, and I am looking forward to bringing more impactful community initiatives to life with them. Let’s go, Chiefs Kingdom!”

‘The makeover’ has begun

Along with Kelce trademarking his name and other catchphrases, fans were surprised to find out he could be moving. It’s said the celebrity has splashed out a whopping $6 million to buy a new house in Kansas City.

Insiders say he made the big leap, so the new abode offers more privacy. With the amount of press Taylor gets, privacy is key for any new relationship.

Speaking of Travis Kelce’s major makeover, a source said he wanted to impress the singer. They dished out: Kelce was “a little self-conscious with his pretty modest pad and wanted something a bit more grandeur to impress his new love interest.”

His new romance Taylor knows how to market herself. She’s created a successful brand, record-breaking world tour and smashed it at the movie theater. So it seems she’s rubbed off on him. Not only that, but he apparently performs better when she’s in the stadium too.

We can’t wait to buy a pin. But we’re waiting for the Traylor merch.
